Luxy Fragrance does not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxy Fragrance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location and to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related concerns.

In the event that an order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we can offer a replacement or refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued either as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion.
