Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.


Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first and file a missing/stolen parcel claim. If the issue cannot be resolved, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Fragrance Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the nature of fragrance products, slight evaporation during transit may occur.
All decants are measured accurately at the time of filling.
